I wish you good luck that all works. last time, for about 1 year as I updated my PC, it burned (ssssh, it was not my fault, they just gave me the wrong power supply ).


to the HP screen: thats not a good one ... only 6 ms, 1000:1 contrast, also it's from HP ... HP sucks. I would advice you to check the screens from LG. I have 2 from LG, one since 5 years and the other one 3 years.

I don't like the case to be so "flashy" I like it simple spacious and with a good airflow antec 300 has a pretty good airflow it could have been more spacious... I don't think I could fit in the second hd4850 if I were to buy another one.

And that screen I would have buy it for design uses like Photoshop, Illustrator and shit... but now I got my eyes on a Nec one . I wanna have one screen for gaming and one for design work.

PS: I think my graphic card it's broken... since I boot I get on the screen all kind off patterns lines and squares and shit different colours. I'm so sad (

rin, how did u setup the 2 fan at the cpu to work? (3rd pic) cpu heatsink got a fan itself, then there is one at the top of casing, and one at the back. are all of them sucking fan away from the cpu area?

for the gfx card, i guess the psu fan is helping to exhuast some of the hot air out(?)

is there a fan at the front of casing providing incoming air flow? does ur side panel also have a fan? hehe

just curious and interested to know more. i might change my casing later, current one quite old (almost 7 years and re-used through 2 upgrades cycle). only got 2 fans, 1 front and 1 back. not that sufficient for amount of heat generated by today's hardware... hehe

A rear-mounted 120mm TriCool fan as well as a top-mounted 140mm TriCool
fan – both with 3-speed switch control and both on exhaust

for the gfx card i mounted a 120mm Nexus on exhaust to, because my Powercolor hd4850 1gb dd3 runs a little "hot" due to it's single slot cooling system.

The power's supply 120mm fan which is beneath the gfx card helps cooling "her"

as for the CPU cooler I'm using a ZEROtherm Zen FZ120

A friend of mine did some tests with this case and two fans in the special place in front and there isn't much improvement to the airflow or cooling the components other than -1 C to the hard drives.

But with another one on the side on exhaust airflow improved and the pc parts inside dropped like 4-6 C degrees

ps: the case isn't that quiet with all those wholes in in it for the fans but will keep your pc "cool" :)
