| thats a CC trap ... dunno when/how they activate but they used to hit hard when they did ... these ones are typical to cc1/2/3 .... cc4 has those visual traps ...
there is one in the door of cc1 .. Enterance turn right ... keep going .. door to the left .. in this door there the first CC trap ... there is one in the the door in the left side of cc1 enterance too but in the 2nd door not the first .. _________________

| well, it appears only after a server restart and next day they're away ... like the 2 guards in BP. I bet there is special person, a lil Acclaim slave, who needs to remove the guards and every trap on all 3 servers after every restart |
