First, download both versions: English and German
Next, instal both and patch them.
Next back up the LANG folder of both versions.
Erase the patchinfo folder from the English version.
Open Total commander and do the following:

press ALT+F7 for search. Enter in the search box *ENG.* to see every file that has ENG as it's last three letters. Hit START SEARCH, and then in the bottom right corner of that search page, click on Feed to list box. Now press Ctrl+M to open the multi rename tool. On the top right middle of the page is the category Search & replace. In search for type ENG and in replace with press GER. Hit START in the bottom right corner of this window and you'll have all the files changed and ready to be integrated into the game client

Now, copy the whole LANG folder from the English version to the german version. you can delete now the English version if you like...

The only downpart of this translation is that you translate everything but the answers for some quests are still in German... Either they are somewhere else in the client or they are on the server...

2.Patch with german server

and then dl and extract the patch mentioned (Lang.exe) to destinated folder.
ps. You need to register on German site too...

War, did you used the lang.exe in the link above or the one from november? The one in the current link is smaller compared to the 103 MB one from november.

I dled all , new Game Client and new Lang.exe (if i rmmbr like 63Mb)

and it still doesn't work?
