| I always thought I was a cold hearted fiend when I got annoyed when people whine about things. Then again, we all get annoyed when people whine. But why is that so? Why do we get annoyed? I think the answer to why we get annoyed when grownups whine is deeply rooted in the discovery that was made recently. The most annoying sound EVER, is the sound of a baby whining.  So, Baby whine = annoying. People whining without making the sound = reminder of baby whining (It's a deeper connection when we call our significant other's baby :P) Thus, People whining = annoying!
